Development/Investment Portfolio - One of our favourite development projects and retained for investment. This 2 acre site was purchased & developed into a premium office & manufacturing facility for Grenson Shoes a successful local shoe manufacturer with a 100 years heritage of manufacturing in Rushden. They make some exceedingly fine shoes.
Sanders Lodge - Rushden
Development portfolio - 20,000 sqft old booker cash carry. This project involved a complete refurb including removal of all asbestos and replacing the roof. Floating a new floor and recladding and building internal offices.
