Our development work centres around commercial and residential new build projects or creative refurbishment solutions to existing older buildings. Our first project was the acquisition of a 2 acre site and development of a 30,000 sqft facility for Phoenix Box Ltd on the prestigious Crown Park location In Rushden. Additional build projects have included a second high specification development on Crown Park for Grenson Shoes, a rural office barn refurbishment, a full warehouse refurbishment, and 2 premium residential developments.
