Bluroc was founded in conjunction with Phoenix Box to fulfil their requirement for premium build industrial units. Developments have included a 30,000 sqft manufacturing facility on a 2 acre site on the prestigious Crown Park location In Rushden. Additional projects have included a second investment development on Crown Park for Grenson Shoes, warehouse and office refurbishments and premium residential projects.
